Our experience gained in financial markets has ranged from interest rate risk management, foreign currency risk management to commodity, credit and equity market linked structured solutions advisory.
Shubhi Gupta Pinto
An MBA from India, Shubhi has worked with Emirates NBD in the UAE and Pioneer Intermediaries, a debt broking and advisory firm in India. In her latest role at Emirates NBD before co-founding OrangeKap, Shubhi worked with large and multinational corporates in Dubai and advised them on managing their foreign currency and debt exposures in international financial markets.
Debaroti Biswas
A trained economist from the prestigious Delhi School of Economics, Debaroti has over a dozen years of experience in financial markets having started her career with ICICI Bank in India. She has worked with two of the largest banks in the region and her career in the UAE comprises of stints with Emirates NBD and the National Bank of Abu Dhabi. Extensively working with large local and Government corporates in Dubai, Debaroti has used her Economics training to be a trusted strategic advisor in the field of balance sheet management to corporates over the last nine years in the UAE.
Samrat Navale
Samrat has worked with ICICI Bank, IDBI Bank, Emirates NBD and the National Bank of Abu Dhabi in banking as well as with software and dotcom companies in India. A Chartered Accountant from India, Samrat has covered corporate and Institutional clients in a variety of roles in financial markets in UAE, Oman, Qatar and India over the past 15 years.
